Sara E. Statz, MSVR, CRC, CLCP, CVE, ABVE/F, IPEC, LVRC, CIWCS
Sara is a Fellow and International Psychometric Evaluator with the American Board of Vocational Experts as well as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Vocational Evaluator from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification. She is a Licensed Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with Utah's Division of Occupational & Professional Licensing.
Sara is also a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) with the International Commission on Health Care Certification (ICHCC).
She also received extensive training from the Idaho Industrial Commission and is a Certified Idaho Workers' Compensation Specialist at the Advanced level.
She holds a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation with an emphasis on Social Work and Psychiatric Rehabilitation. She obtained both degrees from the prestigious University of Wisconsin-Stout where she graduated Cum Laude. Most recently, Sara graduated with the highest honors from the Life Care Planning graduate program at Capital University Law School.

Sara has worked several years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in Idaho. She has worked for the Idaho Industrial Commission assisting injured workers return to work following an injury. Previously she provided vocational counseling and return to work services for individuals with severe and chronic disabilities at the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
She lives in the Boise, Idaho area with her family. In her spare time, Sara enjoys hiking the Boise Foothills and rock crawling in her Jeep Wrangler.

Rebecca Bradley
Lead Employment Specialist
Rebecca is our Lead Employment Specialist and has been at the forefront of employment services throughout Idaho’s Treasure Valley for over 14 years. She is frequently noted as one of the premiere Employment Specialists by providers and continually has one of the highest placement rates for customers in the State.
At VVS, Rebecca is responsible for marketing services to IDVR counselors, managing an active caseload of clients from the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (IDVR) where she provides job development and adjustment services. In addition to maintaining an active caseload of IDVR customers, Rebecca also assists Sara with other caseloads as demand for her services increases.
Rebecca remains relevant in her field by attending workshops, conferences, and other training on disability-related issues to keep her skills up to date.
Rebecca lives in Idaho's Treasure Valley and enjoys caring for her giant garden, pets, and exploring the great outdoors in her spare time.
