Current Partnerships

VVS has a variety of community, State, Federal, and legal partnerships throughout the United States.

National Case Management Services

Claimants may move out of state following an industrial injury to be closer to family or for other reasons.  When this happens it often leaves the surety and others worried the claimant will not get the care and vocational rehabilitation they may so desperately need.

VVS works with several states to ensure no claimant is left without adequate vocational rehabilitation and medical case management.

We currently have partnerships or contracts with the following states to provide eligibility determinations, case management, retraining plans, and other services as needed:

- Alaska

- Arizona

- California

- Idaho

- Maryland

- Montana

- Nebraska

- Nevada

- Ohio

- Oklahoma

- Oregon

- Texas

- Utah

- Washington

- Wisconsin

- Wyoming

Legal

We work with attorneys and representatives, both plaintiff and defense, to aid in providing an unbiased opinion on an individual's ability to return to work after an industrial/personal injury, divorce, or other legal matter.

These cases vary and may include legal referrals including industrial/workers' compensation injuries, personal injuries, medical malpractice, divorce, and employment cases.

If your law office has a need for an expert vocational assessment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Federal Agencies

We are currently serving as Vocational Experts with Social Security's Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) both locally and Nationally.

We are able to provide expert vocational testimony needed in Social Security Disability hearings in person and by phone.

We are accepting new contracts as there is a need.

State Agencies

VVS is currently an approved provider with the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.  This partnership allows us to assist customers of IDVR to prepare for, search, and adjust to gainful and meaningful employment.
